HOTEL BOUTIQUE

WELCOME
Right in the heart of Historical District of Chihuahua city, this house was built in the XIX Century, located on top of the ruins of the Presidio de Pérez, an old military prison, in a zone where orchards bloomed years ago in the old Villa of San Felipe the Real, origin of the present City of Chihuahua.
The sober but elegant facade hides the inner beauty of the building. An explosion of colors, the jingle of running water and long ago aromas bring us back to the daily life of the nineteen century in the north of Mexico.
THE HOTEL
The life in the house revolves around the central patio, the heart of the property from where the different facets of your stay are located: Reception, Library, Kitchen-Dining Room and 6 Suites. Each one of the suites is unique and has been decorated with old furniture and antiques like brass and bronze beds, some of them with canopies and wood lockers and armoires; knitted and patchwork quilts, and iron fireplaces. These details create an irresistible mixture of comfort and tradition, evoke the city’s times of past splendor, and take the guest back to colonial times, all in an atmosphere of traditional Chihuahua provincial hospitality.
The decoration, the tinkling of running water, the aromas and the warmth of hotel personnel transmit a climate of tranquility, relaxation, and peace right in the middle of the Historical District of Chihuahua. Rebuilt and operated by owners Wendy, Santiago and the little two-year-old Santi, San Felipe El Real is the Downtown oasis that the Chihuahua Desert has needed for some time.
